Last scene has been the strongest message of the story for me. This


 scene realized me again . I believe that some people  do not think 


that life is not important. Some says that I want to die for joking. 


However, they must realize that their lives are super important. In 


the movie, I could fell that how much they wanted to survive. They


 ate their families's skin. If I were there, I never could do that 


because.. you imagine that you eat your sister's skin... This message


 will carry me and influence me facing obstacles. Because of this 


movie and that message, I know our lives are only once, therefore


 we must live remarkably. Nobody changes your lives. We must 


know that. In the movie, if they did not change their death to alive, 


they might die. They changed their lives and they kept changing 


their lives. They still believed that they could live and be alive. We 


must believe ourselves.

Credit Point

I realized that how much credit points are important. I did not understand people who cares about credit points because I never tried before. However, I realized what are credit points are. Because of teacher Mae's long test, I started loving credit points. They help me feel relax. If I make 5 mistakes, I feel comfortable, because I have 5 credit points. Nowadays, I am working very hard for getting more credit points. I believe that teacher Mae will give us more activities for our credit points. After this week, we will have a vacation. We must finish well done. We must do our best until the vacation comes

Short Esaay

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship.

In our lives, people prefer to meet an honest person in their relationship because they always tell the truth in any relationship. How do you feel about it? If people do not tell the truth, they can not strengthen their faith, and learn how to live in their society.


First, when people have problems, they usually do not tell the truth in their relationship. They just make it as a secret. However, if the secret is disclosed to other people, the relationship will easily break. They have no faith with each other because they do not tell the truth. If  they tell the truth, they can solve it together and they can strengthen their faith.


Second, people can find our society by telling the truth with their relationship. Forexample, when my father was working in his business, his friend did not tell the truth to his boss. The problem was quite big, but he lied, therefore his friend could not work anymore. On the other hand, my father had a problem, but he was not afraid to tell the truth to his boss. He told his boss about the problem. He though he might quit the buisness. However, his boss forgave him and they solved the problem together. In fact, their relationship became stronger.


In my opinion, I believe people must be honest and even if  it is bad thing or good thing, we must always tell the truth.

1. Write a definition of the word indoctrinate. How does it 


differ from the word educate? 


How did Hitler try to indoctrinate young Germans? What 


should the goals of education be? 

Definition of the word indoctrinate is to instruct in a doctrine, principle, ideology, etc., 

especially to imbue with a specific partisan or biased belief or point of view. What is 

differences between meaning of education and meaning of indoctrination? people can 

educate, when they want and people no need to educate, when they do not want to. 

However, people can not stop indoctrination because we think, therefore we exist in the 

world. People always think and indoctrinate. Hitler who was killed jew  was atrocious. He 

try to indoctrinate young Germans by his speech. He gave a great speech about them being 

the future of Germany. What should the goals of education be? In my opinion, goals of 

education should be for everyone. Hitler educated people for himself, but exactly we must 

educate each other and we must help people by our education.

2. Why is it important that a child be taught to conform? To 

obey? What is the difference between obedience and blind 

obedience? What arguments would you use to convince a

young Nazi that obeying is not always the right thing to do?

It is really important that a child be taught to conform and obey because 


obedience is a logical and obedience describe respect. Adult people will think 


child's attitude is good, when he or she obey and conform their orders. What 


is the difference between obedience and blind obedience. Definition of 


obedience is the state or quality of being obedient. And meaning of blind 


obedience is the state or quality of being obedient. For example, We can obey 


in our mind. Truly, we obey  and we do not obey to force. On the other hand, 


blind obedience is forced to obey. Even if people do not obey, they must 


obey. I will convince a young Nazi that obeying is not always the right thing to 


do. They must believe in themselves because nobody believe them. 


Sometimes, they have to choose their choice not to obey other people. Other 


people's speech is not always true. When you think that this is right thing to 


obey, and then you obey, but when you think that it is not right thing to obey, 


and then make you choice.

Literature

Literature has powers. It is a mirror of reality, developing the society and building character. Literature sometimes makes me feel surprised because it gives a lot of things.


First, literature is a mirror of reality. What is a mirror of reality? When I look at the mirror, I can see myself. In the same way, when I read literature, I see the realities of society. There is religion, art, and history. For example, when I was in middle school, I read the history books. When I read them. I could imagine what happens from that period. When I study literature, I know how art changed our lives. And, when I read the Bible, I can see how important religion was still is. These things tell me that literature has powers.


Second, literature helps in developing society. Language developed by imagination. When people communicate with other, they imagine the meaning. They sometimes predict their speech. And also literature was developing by philosophy. For example, my philosophy is not cheating each other, this is because the literature that I have read said it is wrong, so I think it is wrong. Literature influences one's philosophy and beliefs.


Third, literature builds character. This is character's attitude. This is very important because people prefer to talk when people's attitude is good. For example, I had a friend. He was handsome and he was wealthy. However, most students did not like to talk with him because his attitude and speech was bad.


In my opinion, literature developed our lives and it will continue to develop our lives. If we know about it, we know how to live our lives well

College or University

People attend college or university for many different reason. Why do you think people attend college or university?

Have you ever seen other students admitted in good college or university? How do you feel about it? Why do they desire to attend them? There are reasons to attend college or university which are high careers, good peers, and acknowledged from other people. Especially, students who have their dream are diligent.

First, students want to attend good college or university because each college has different qualities. Most students want to have good careers, therefore they must study hard. After studying hard, they can attend any college that they want. When they attend good college, many companies want them to be their employees, because they are smart and studied hard

second, when they admitted good college, they will have another chance to have good peers. Their friends will be smart and have influence. For example, if I became a doctor, my friends would be doctors. We could work together and develop hospitals together. 

Third, people will acknowledge me because I have a good job from good college. For example, my friend and I want to be business men, but the boss only want to bring one person. I am smart and my friend is smart too. However, my admitted a good college and my friend admitted an average college. Boss will pick me because I came from a good college.

Sum it up, college or university affect our lives and even our jobs. We should study hard and must go good college or university 

Why is English important?

When I was in middle school, I went overseas which was in Philippines. My parents sent me for leaning English. That time, I did not know how much the language is important. However, when I grew up , I realized that it it so important. First,the English language is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, second only to Mandarin. That English is used almost everywhere is only one of the many advantages of learning the language. I can talk with other country's people. Nowadays, English became a global language. Second, when I grow up, I might go overseas. I can communicate with other people easily. That is my advantage than others. Third, I have an advantage for my job. In the future, all jobs requires English skills. In fact, I will be good in English, so I can prepare our things for my jobs. I love English.

The Nature Challenge Field Trip of MITIS SY 2011-2012

The Nature Challenge Field Trip of MITIS

we had a great memory with students and teachers. I loved field trip because it relieved our stress and we could become friendly with other grade's students. The activities were really interesting and the place was awesome. Before the activities started, we felt dizzy and annoyed, because weather was so hot. However, when the activities started, we were so childish. We became selfish people because the activities were so enjoyable, therefore we wanted to try again and again. While we were doing the activities, we learned what is spirit of team work. If we did work together, we could not make it. After all activities were done, we ate lunch and we were ready for the swimming. Swimming was so funny. we graded all the teachers and students and threw them in the water. 

When all things were finished, we went to the bus. I hope that I have more field trips like this for next year.

Propaganda

Have you heard about “Propaganda”? I guess it is unfamiliar for high school students. It is a kind of political word. Dictionary defines propaganda as information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc. It means propaganda is manipulation of public opinion that spread deliberately for take some advantages. It is not good way to communicate with people, but it is anywhere around us and it breaks some trust between people.

We can easily find the propaganda around us. Election shows a lot of propaganda. People who are running for election have to persuade others to vote for them, so they bring some interesting promises for people. Their promises are all wanted things such as regulation of price or decrease of tax. Therefore, people vote for them. After they are elected, they just do not care about the promises that they did with people. That promises are propaganda. They just take advantage from people and did not keep their promises.Voters have to identify the people who promise with them truly for vote for right person, so politics can be more truthful.People are confuse between advertise and propaganda.

We Love The Earth

If we love the earth, what can we do for it? We want to make a better earth, but think about what we done for it. When we want to change the earth, we must change our actions.


First, when the weather is so hot or so cold, we drive a car. Even if the place is not that far, we use our cars ,because people want to be comfortable than uncomfortable.That means we help our earth to make worse. The earth's heart will be painful. We must take a walk, if the place is not that far, because walking is really nice exercising and we can help to reduce air pollution which means we can protect the earth.


Second, we should not smoke because it burns a lot of mountains. For example, one guy climbed mountain and when we reached from the top of the mountain, he felt great. He wanted to take a picture with smoking a cigarette. After took a picture, he threw it and it burnt the mountain. Because of one cigarette, a lot of trees are gone. That is so dumbfounded.


In my personal opinion, if  we really love the earth, we must change our actions. We must   not be selfish people. The earth is ours. We must change and help together.

I like reading books.

Have you ever read a book? Books sometimes teach us how to live our lives, they sometimes give us some information, and they sometimes give us power of mind.

First, when  I have problems, I want to do nothing. I just think what are the my problems and think about them. However, it does not work well so I get help from my mother. My mom who loves to read books is a positive person. One day, She suggested me to read books and she told me that books know everything, therefore books are your teachers. I always trust my mom, so I tried to read a book since I was in middle school. When I started to read  it, I learned and realized about my faults. 

Second, books are my teachers. Sometimes, I have math teacher, science teacher, biology teacher, and I have a lot teachers in my house. If I read books in my house, I will learn every subjects. When I was in middle school, I understood what teacher said to me. I already learned from books.

In fact, books are our teacher. We sometimes do not our teachers, but they always try to teach us hard.  

How can I win?

Some people say that the world is harsh. We can survive, when we compete with many people and win them. If we can not bit them, we will become a loser. "How can I get more good grade than others?" We thought about this problem. Even if we are still, this agony is very important for our lives. Life is not like sports because sports decide winner and loser for one play.However, I believer that there is secret of victory for our lives. For example, two men like one girl. One day three people meet in the street. Two men might stare each other? If one man suddenly say bad word to another person, another man and the girl feel bad. In fact the girl will choose the kind man. It means when we live in our lives, we must control in our mind widely.

My Teacher's Night

A Not So Hellish Night

 He hates it when things don't  go as planned just like what happened to him last night. He was busy working on blender recipes that needed to be posted on a website that my boss is currently developing. His boss, a typical American, is very strict when it comes to deadlines. Failure to deliver is perceived as complacency deserving of dire consequences. So, last night and just like any other night, his intention was to please this 'jacko', or else he will be up my neck again nagging. With freshly brewed coffee, he was widely awake clicking the keyboard - grabbing images from different websites, rewriting recipes and posting. Then the unexpected happened - his internet connection suddenly got jammed! His blood pressure automatically shot up because no internet connection means no posting, and no posting means Ryan, his boss, will be giving him hell online. In on time, he called his internet provider and asked them if they could do something with the connection. The technical support on the other line did the best he could , but he didn't manage to restore connection. In his head, he was telling himself, " I AM SO DEEEEEAAAAAD!". Realizing that there was nothing he could do, he decided to sleep it off. In the morning, connection had been restored and Ryan was on Skype. Before clicking the "converse" button, he made peace with the idea that he was about to get fired. to his amazement after an explanation peppered with sincere apology from his end, Ryan was just okay with everything.


Now, he still have his job. What could have been a hellish night wasn't to hellish after all. :)

Awesome Memory with My Friends

I had a vacation for seven days. I planned to accompany my friends. My friends and I discussed about the place. We wanted to go to different places, so our heads were puzzled. I thought that we had to make one decision. Finally, we chose swimming pool. The swimming pool which was located in Clark was huge and fascinating. When we got there, we had a great time. We swam with pretty girls, ate delicious lunch, and took a picture with my dear friends. After we got out of the swimming pool, we had a conversation. When we were talking and listening about our hardships, happiness and sadness, our friendship became stronger. In fact, we became more sticking friends. :)

Balance

What is your balance?

I am kind of happy with my balance outlook in my life basically. My balance outlook in my life is spectacular. I see everybody else's situation, somebody's situation maybe worse than mine. So basically I think "I can be this person, buy I am not.". In fact, it makes me feel a better person. And another example are people who win the lottery. Instead of having a better life, they suddenly incur a lot of bad luck. If you experience success as well as failure in life, then you will have balance. When you are young, you are curious and wish to have so many things in life, but they do not come true and you feel bad. As you grow older suddenly the things you have been dreaming about become a reality. When these things happen, then you have balance and realize that life is good after all.
So it is so foolish giving up our lives.

My Schedule

My everyday schedule

I wake up at 7:00 am. I stretch my back and I go to the bathroom before I urinate. My stomach tells me that it needs food for energy. After eating my breakfast, I get in the car to go to school. My uncle drops me off. I study with good teachers. I do not like studying, but I love waiting for lunch time. During lunch time, I eat with my classmates. We share our food, steal food from each other and have fun with each other. After finishing the school, I go to the academy to see an atrocious teacher named teacher.Eve. When I finish my tutorial lessons, I eat dinner and do my homework. Finally, I sleep with an adorable bear.

It is better ti grow up with siblings than without because when we have siblings, we have the advantages that we are not alone.I have one sister and she is older than me, I usually obtain many advantages from her. For example, when I want to exercise my sister and I are usually together. When I am in trouble, I figure it out with my sister and I gain love from her. She always give me sensible words, where I get strength. I prefer to grow up with siblings because it will help people with living and so that when we lose our parents, we must have someone to depend on. However, our sisters or brothers depend on God.

Stress

      

     Music and arts serve an important role in our society. Some say that high school students should not waste their time on music and art in high school. However, I believe that they should definitely learn music and arts in secondary school; they can relieve stress.

          To being with, people can relieve their stress easily if they learn music and arts. Nowadays, we can see in the media that, there are many students who relieve their stress by smoking and taking drugs. However, if they learn how to play instruments and draw paintings, they will be able to manage their stresses in a healthy way. For instance, the world famous scientist Albert Einstein relieved his stresses by playing the violin. Although he was not much of an artist, he said that it really helped him relax and was a get away for his daily routine. Moreover, when I was studied abroad in the Philippines, since it was my first time abroad, I was hindered by language barrier and homesickness. However, by drawing my own cartoon characters and by making comic strips, I was able to overcome the hardships. Hence, since students can relieve stress and relax, students.

      All in all, high school students should definitely be required to study music and arts. First, they can find their potentials. In addition, they can relieve stress in a healthy and a beneficial way. Hence, in order to learn a healthy way of relieving stress and finding their potentials, students should learn music and arts in school.

Practice

I have been practicing drama for 4 weeks. At first time, I sucked at my role which is prince. I think we were all sucked, so I had no idea about what I was doing and I thought we had no hope. However, few weeks later, we began to improve and everything has changed. For example, every students felt confident to each other when they were acting.I felt surprised and I realized that when we enjoy what we are doing, we can do our best and we can improve a lot. I hope we just have fun when we practice and succeed in our performance.
Let's go GRADE 9

 

    I believe that every people have their own talents. If we want to know what are our talents, what should we do? How can we find our talents?

    First, talents are something you are born with. Anyone can sing, but only someone with talents can sing well. A skill can be taught or learned and your skill can be increased with practice, but a talent is something you just have. However, how can we find our own talents? we should experience many things that it makes us feel happy and enjoyable. For my experience, I did not know that I had a talent with saxophone.However, when I was in middle school, my mom forced me to play the saxophone. I did not want to play it because I never played it and I just did not like instrument. I just practiced only few minutes and I stopped, but people said me that I am good at it, so I was happy and I practiced harder that before. In fact, I am good at it now and that is my talent.

    In my personal opinion, we want to know what are our talents, we must experience a lot of things and also we must keep asking me that what am I good in. 

Test

Our exam is over. I am so happy about it :). I realized something when I was studying. I had a lot of things to do in an one day. I did not study for a long time and I just feel rush to study in an one day. I though I do not need to study for a long test because I already studied everything. However, my choice was wrong. When I was taking a test, I was not sure about the answers, so I guessed. I am expecting me to be a better person. I want to get all A, if I can. I want to be a good person 

Happiness of church

I believe that people must have their own religion. Religion helps us to live when we have problems. Life is not that easy and it is not too easy to overcome, if we do not have our own religion. I am a christian. I believe in God. People say that where is God? and Have ever seen God? I can not reply that answer, but that is not only way to believe in God. For example, In Korea, people do not see historian person, but they believe what they did. That is same thing for me. I have not seen him, but I can feel my mind. Sometimes, when I pray he gives me better choice and give me strong faith. I do not force people to believe in God. I just suggest them to try to believe him at least you are alive. I have a good experience. I had a big problem from the school. I broke the window and I fought with my friends. My parents are really strict and sensitive about that things , so I have no one to talk about it. However, I prayed because when I pray something gives me strength and feel confident. That time I believe that God can come my mind, can be my friends and everything can be Jesus. In fact, I must respect everything like that is God for me.

Grade 9

Studying

       4 days after, our examination will begin. I imagine that most students study for our examination, even if the time is late. Why do we study for our examination? because of our future and we can help people by our information.


       Sam who is studying very hard is a diligent student. My dream is becoming a dentist. If I want to become a dentist, what should I do? First, I need to get a good grade from my school which is MIT International School. Sometimes, most students are tired of studying because studying is hard, boring, and complicated. That is why some students give up or do not study hard anymore. However, if I were them, I would think about my dream which is dentist and also I will think that it is too early giving up. If I become a dentist, I will help poor people for sure. They have worse situation than me, but I am not. That makes me feel a better person and study hard.


       I love to teach someone, If I do not know something very well. When I was young I disliked to study because I could not understand and I could not teach to any friends. However, when I entered in Middle school, I was interested in studying. I could understand what teachers are talking about and it was so interesting to learn a new thing. Especially, I loved to teach my information to my friends because they were interested in studying because of me. I felt like I was a teacher and they respected me. Sometimes, we shared our information, therefore I also could make friends by studying.


       In fact, studying is not bad because it gives our dream and sometimes it gives some friends. However, in the world, there is no free because we must give time for it and sometimes we suffered by it. But I will never miss this chance.

Soccer is my friend

I love soccer and soccer loves me too

I love soccer because it is a beautiful game of passion, fun, skill, endurance, smarts. I love soccer because it commands the respect of the world and it creates places like these very famous where we can yell and scream at each other for fun and laugh afterwards. When I play soccer, I can make friends at a short period. Soccer is a group work which means we must work together. That is why I love soccer. When I was in middle school, I did not smile. However, when I was playing soccer with people, I already smiled with them. That time, I realized that when I do what I like it makes me feel happy. I prefer people to play soccer or exercise because you will be healthy and exercise gives you a better thoughts.   

Tom's Birthday

We had Tom's birthday :) 

We went to the Festival Mall for Tom's birthday party at the Shakey's. I was excited to eat food and play with my friends. I will always be happy because of my good friends. I do not know about Tom very much , but we trust each other and respect each other, so we are good friends. I love Tom because he is always positive, smille, and help us like a family. If  I were rich, I would buy biggest cake in the world. However, I am not rich ,so when I grow up I will consider of that :) 

New Family

      Few weeks ago three new students came MIT international school. I was nice to meet them because our family member increased. I was sure that they love our classmates because we respect each other, love each other and hlep each other. I learned something when I was studying with three new students which are Jacob, Kevin, and Solomon. Jacob who was quite, studious, and kind. Kevin who was a little bit naughty, playful, and sleepy.Solonmon who was talkative, playful, and noisy. At first time, they were so respectful because they did not know us yet, but few days ago they were not respecful anymore because they already knew us well and they felt comfortable with us. Therefore we sometimes had a conflict with them. In fact, even if we are closer, we must respect each other. I liked them very much because they was funny and reminded us a various memory. Thnank you Jacob, kevin , and Solomon

Ice skating

I went to the south mall for enjoy my weekend. I was freaking cold in the ice court.
I had fun with my home mate who is studying in grade 9. I was nervous to accelerate my speed because I saw that my friend fell down on the court. After ice skating, we went shopping. I was looking for some clothes and I bought some. 

I was surprised about the price, but I bought it because I really liked the color and quality of the material. I think few mouths I can not buy anything until my guardian give me salary. 

Drama

English class was so funny :)
All students got each characters. For me, Ms.May suggested me to act Prince...I was hard to act prince because I had never acted another character. However, Ms.May gave a strength. She told me that Sam is handsome and have a great face. That words make me kind of confident person. My voice was weird, but I felt that I be a better character. I always realize that Ms.May teach us new things and we learn something everyday. In fact, I really appreciate with that.

Before I moved here in Manila, I was in subic.What was my motivation to move here? My guardian suggested me to study here in Manila because this place is having better educational system. 

I firstly went to the school which was MIT International School. I was litter bit nervous because most students are new to me and I had no enough information about Manila.

I was worried about my classmates because they did not talk to me, they looked at me like a strange person.However, few weeks later I realized that I was thinking wrong about my classmates.

My classmates are AWESOME . They are so generous, kind, funny, and interesting. But sometimes they are scary... Kidding. Especially, my teacher is really nice who is teacher May. I like this school because I have valuable friends and teachers. I really prefer this school to students.
